How Faturiza actually stores your data
Your data stays yours.
Faturiza never stores your invoices. They live in your Google Drive. The extracted data lives in your Google Sheets. You own everything. Always.
Our principles
We never store your invoices
PDFs, photos, scans — all go to your Drive. Not ours. We don't keep copies.
No vendor lock-in
Cancel Faturiza today and tomorrow you still have every file and every row of extracted data.
Your Google, your rules
Our app uses OAuth to read/write your Drive and Sheets. Revoke access in one click from your Google account.
Here's exactly how it works.
- 01
You forward an invoice by email.
Or upload directly. The file enters our processing pipeline briefly.
- 02
The file gets saved to YOUR Drive.
Not ours. We write the PDF into a Faturiza folder inside your own Google Drive. We keep no copy.
- 03
The extracted data gets written to YOUR Sheets.
Vendor, amount, date, line items. Appended as a row in your Google Sheet. Your spreadsheet, your rules.
- 04
If you cancel Faturiza, nothing disappears.
Your Drive folder: still there. Your Sheet: still there. All the historical data: still there. We simply stop processing new invoices.
This is not how most invoice software works.
Traditional invoice software stores your data on their servers. When you cancel, you're often stuck exporting CSVs — and sometimes you lose access to the actual invoice files entirely. Faturiza was built as a Google Workspace app precisely to avoid this.
